The Company

Sidebench is a design and development studio based in Los Angeles, California. We work with clients across the world and consult them on startup ideation, user research and design, enterprise strategy, and custom software development. With a small team of product managers, designers, and technical architects, we are partners in the product development lifecycle.

My Role

Initially starting at the company as an Associate Product Manager, I worked as an analyst on an enterprise consulting project and lead discovery engagements for three other clients. After three months at Sidebench, I grew into a full Product Manager role, taking the lead on six projects--three of which were key accounts for the company. I introduced standards and processes for our projects, improving efficiency and documentation:
• First to utilize product requirements documents (PRD's) as an internal resource and client sign off
• Created a standardized project organization process in Google Drive
• Created new formats for client deliverables: competitive analysis presentation decks, visual product roadmaps, annotated systems architecture diagrams, technical recommendation presentation decks
